STATIONARY FILTER BOX
Existing OEM Ring Spinning Machines are fitted with Rotaray Filter Piston arrangement in the Pneumafil cleaning system. The Rotary filter is always having trouble like frequent non rotation of filter due to heavy waste accumulation (lapping) and failure of piston movement. This results frequent stoppage of Ring frame to clean the accumulated waste and screen changing from the Rotary Filter Box. This also requires compressed air as power to rotate.
To overcome this problem existing rotary filter with piston arrangement and the box will be replaced as "Retrofit" with a stationary filter fitted inside the waste box. The waste collected in this waste pneumafil box can be simply removed manuals by opening the side glass doors. Operator can view the accumulated waste by looking into the glassed doors manually clean the waste.

COMMON PNEUMAFIL SUCTION PIPE
It is a new way to improve suction in the Ring Spinning to collect the waste ends breaks and dust. Existing individual suction tubes joining with the suction duct cause leakage of suction load, thus the efficiency of suction is reduced constantly. This creates frequent lapping on rollers either on Top / Bottom resulting too many broken threads joining efforts needed by the operations is a chronic issue in ring frame products efficiency in textile mills.
Instead of number of suction tubes with too many openings, when common suction tube is installed, the effective suction is increased by 40% which resulting considerable reduction in lapping between 60% - 80% as all the web broken ends are effectively sucked by common suction pipe.
This provides comfort work nature for the operators thus reasonable reduction is assured manpower. The pneumafil pipes are designed for easy installation and removal with spring locking action. The real value added benefit is on power consumption with saving of power by 20% - 25%.
All these modification investment cost is bare minimum with assured payback period of less than 6months and thereafter for the next 10 years power cost reduction is fixed.
